Our Policies
Returns: If an item is damaged please take photos of the issue and send us an email of the problem and photos as we can then resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Postage Information: We carefully package your order and use recycled packaging whenever we can to cut down on waste. We use the Royal Mail service who will take care of your package and should provide delivery within 4-5 days (In the UK) and 10-12 days for International postage. Please note some parcels are taking up to 6 weeks to arrive during this time. Due to Covid 19 and certain times of the year parcels can take longer to arrive so please be patient. Parcels are sent tracked/ tracked and signed enabling you to follow your parcel.
Postage prices can be found in the checkout area. However, prices are determined by the weight and distance. Small parcel deliveries (500g) will be around £6.90 to the UK, parcels sent to Europe will be around £14.00 and America and Australia From £21.00.
It is sometimes difficult to accurately quote a postage/packaging price , however, we will refund the difference if you have been overcharged. Please note that some extra charges may occur at customs due to new rules after Brexit.
Dispatching times: We dispatch our parcels normally within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please note orders made after 3pm will be looked at the next working day.
